Laser Cut Natural Diamond

Natural Diamonds can now be laser cut to a wide variety of shapes and sizes thanks to modern advances in laser technology. In recent months, we have found an increase in enquiries for special types of natural diamond to help the tool maker reduce costs in tool production and we have taken note.

We are now able to offer our clients natural diamonds specially cut to size and shape as shown in photos below.

Round Laser Cut Diamond Die Stones

These two sample pieces are examples of perfectly round laser cut natural diamond for wire drawing dies. The orientation of the diamond is selected by the customer before the cutting process.

Laser Cut Longs (Needles) – Natural Industrial Diamond

Some clients have a need for good quality long pieces of diamond and we are able to offer these cut to size as shown. This can be an alternative to CVD or MCD materials where the application requires it.
